It's very easy to install and very easy to set up and customize. But other than that, it's very easy to use. Unless you go through deauthorizing your license while you're at work and then authorizing it again while you're at home. In this day and age, when you're working from your office or you're working remotely from home, they will make you purchase an extra license to work from home. The only issue that we've had with it, and it's the reason I give it four out of five stars instead of five out of five stars is the licensing scheme seems a little bit old fashioned, in that you can only install it on one PC. It was easy to download and to install on my PC. That's when we made the decision to buy it.īluebeam Revu, it was easy to set up. It seemed like a lot of people were moving to that so I gave the trial version a try and I was just blown away with how easy it was to use and how much quicker I could navigate my drawings. I chose Bluebeam Revu because I had read about it on social media and drafting forums. And so, when we switched to Bluebeam Revu, it was just so much easier to navigate large sets of drawings and large format drawings. I primarily use construction drawings in my job, and Adobe Acrobat is very clunky for working with large format construction drawings.
